Project management and financial accounting

— 18 hours/week

The project management & financial accounting position is part of the DOK15518 project team.
Your tasks will include:

Accounting activities

• Preparatory accounting for LandKunstLeben e.V.
• Preparatory payroll accounting
• Managing the project account
• Settling project-related invoices
• Keeping track of expenses in terms of time and figures
• Regular accounting and financial meetings



Administrative tasks

• Preparing funding requests
• Applying for, managing, and settling project advance payments
• Ordering smaller purchases and checking incoming invoices
• Creating and managing contracts and invoices
• Preparing and following up on project documents (analog and digital) in collaboration with the project team


Research activities

• Researching services, products, and contacts in coordination with the project team, researching and acquiring resources

Office space available at Haus des Wandels (15518 Heinersdorf). Remote work possible, regular meetings required. We will be happy to discuss the details with you.
